"Extremely unprofessional. Slow and arrogant. If you want a company which charges extra to deliver your shipment when it arrived a week late but then tells you the following day that it hasn't even landed in the country expeditors is the company for you! When questioned you'll then be told it's landing in another state and you'll need to pay additional fees to have it delivered within the next week. Jean-Louise the manager is also proud to tell you they provide no guarantees that your shipment will be delivered in full or without damage as that's not a freight company's responsibility!"
