"Very nice new terminal, first cruise and the Brisbane international terminal was a great start to our cruise. Friendly and efficient staff. Always smiling and welcoming and ushering us passengers in the right direction"
"Coffee cart outside. Toilets inside. Lift & escalator. Prams, wheelchairs get priority boarding. Don’t need to wait outside unless told to, just walk inside. A lot of flies outside some days due to neighbours businesses."
"This new terminal is awesome. Well positioned and easy to use. I suggest using Wilson Parking services. We parked in #3. Its 5min walk from the terminal. Not covered. Parking level is easy to use a wheelchair or 4x wheelie bags to get to terminal. Outside coffee bar, bag drop and meeting area. There is also a taxi and uber drop zone which is 1 min walk from entrance. Travel shop for all those last minute or "forgot" items before boarding. Markings are easy and clear to understand."
"It's a modern looking building, however layout for boarding is poor, we had a three hour wait with the only option for seating were hard concrete garden boarders. The smell of sewerage was absolutely horrendous. The staff were bubbly and helpful and we do sympathise that technical faults happen causing delays however having the only coffee cart shut up shop after only a few hours was a bit poor and the only bathrooms available at the end of the boarding queue, definitely not well laid out. Not a great start to our holiday!"
"Best cruise terminal I have ever been to. They are well organised, lovely to deal with and the parking is amazing and reasonably priced right near the doors. For about 9 days it costs around $170 and coming from Sydney that is amazing especially when it is so close to the terminal."
