"We were told that we will receive pallet by lunch time. Nothing came then I followed up again and I was told once truck comeback, we will deliver straight to you. Then I called up after another hour and it was still not on the truck, so I said I will come and get it. When I got there to get it, they had already put it on the truck for a run. Now I am sitting here and waiting for truck to comeback at their shed!!! Not at all professional. Very ridiculous service."
