"I was coming here for a few weeks because the coffee is good but I would rather take my money else where as the customer service is terrible. The people that work here never have a smile on their face. Extremely hostile and seem like they would rather be talking to each other. Return customers come not just for the product but the experience. A bit of customer service training for your team would make the difference."
