"I have read a mixture of positive and negative reviews here. Some negative reviews are valid - it seems that the communication between the call centre and the depots is lacking. My impression is that there may also be a lot of staff turnover at the call centre given the number of accents of staff there. But to be fair I don’t think that the call centre staff have access to everything that’s going on. If you are having trouble getting an issue resolved I would suggest that you go directly (in person) to the depot. I left my carry on bag on the bus and after calling each day and still no record of it in lost property I went to the depot and Jake went above and beyond to find out that the bus I was in had ended up at the mechanics that same night and so it would have been locked in the bus. It arrived back from the mechanics today and my bag was where I had left it - on the bus in the overhead. There was good reason for the driver to not have checked the bus for lost property the night he left it at the mechanic. This isn’t information that the call centre would have privy to. Also, our flight was delayed and luckily the bus was held up at domestic so we just made the bus. There was another about an hour after but for those who have complained about the bus not waiting, including the last bus of the evening, it clearly states on the website what to do in such a situation and that you must have a plan B should you miss the last bus. They aren’t supposed to wait for delayed flights. That’s travel for you and if you think it’s not up to standard here, go to Italy. Do I think that there is room for improvements? Of course. But try to be realistic - it’s a bus company trying to manage very busy and almost impossible logistics. If you aren’t able to go to the depot yourself find someone to go for you and have your booking number as it will link back directly to the bus number (where that bus is) and the driver. The staff at the depot are SUPER helpful. As a customer it just requires you to have a bit of perseverance. For cancellations and refunds I would suggest doing the same - go to the depot in person.
