"Never rent from this company! They are disorganised - very unclear process for pick/drop off after hours. They charged me after hours fee even though I picked the car during hours. The car was returned in clean condition, however I was charged a cleaning fee with no explanation given. I had the vehicle for 3 days and was charged for 4. When calling them, they said they cant do anything about it as they system mimics the booking agent. The manager Wayne is extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never dealt with anyone in management position who is so rude and aggressive towards customers. He needs to be fired! I've hired plenty of cars before and never had such a terrible experience. Avoid this company and use someone else."
