"Every time I see a Thompsons bus I try to keep my distance, it seems that many of their drivers can't drive too well, very unsafe. The driver of the bus registered 017GJT at 15:30 on August 25th 2023 was a prime example of how they have disregard for other road users. It almost as if they want to crash."

"Just drove from Strathpine to Morayfield. The whole way was slow and couldn’t get through. Finally got to the end of the traffic and seen both buses in the right lane (the overtaking lane) a car was in between the two buses just trying to get pass, we were all trying to get pass for hundreds of metres back. Very frustrating and dangerous as a lot of car were trying to overtake but both buses blocked the right lane. This happens a lot with inconsiderate people and I guess that’s life but still wasn’t cool. Cheers"

"I catch the bus to Northlake library and the male drive say hi to me when I enter the bus there no passenger the male driver turn radio on the driver was nice and he talk to me us him can turn music little louder"

"missed my daughters stop that it drops kids off at every day aftee school. Blamed an 11 year old for not getting up earlier. Then dropped to an 11 year old and a 13 year old off at a random stop. Very dangerous!!! This bus line is a disgrace!!Complaint made to the service was.emeat with the service made.directly was.meat with ignorance. UPDATE; LEFT MY DAUGHTER AT THE BUS STOP .. CANCELLED THE BUS!! UBER HOME....YOUR A DISGRACE THOMPSONS"

"I don’t even want to give one star however here it is - slamming brakes on a bus and causing harm to children is not ok! Due to you not containing you’re anger and causing children miss a connecting bus although it is expressed they will miss it, and in reply told I don’t care we will sit here for 5 minutes NOT OK! Regardless of any frustration that may arise .. I get it, tough gig. However if you can’t handle the situations that may arise being a school bus driver look at another job. It is you’re Duty of care to make sure our children are transported safely the best to you’re ability. Not the first time, however one time to many times this has happened! I hope that my call, of informing the company of such disgusting behaviour of one of there drivers is adhered as I cannot even trust it will be due to the call centre inability to even introduce the company or connect a call when one calls. I need to know that the best interest is that of my children while using this bus service."
