"I was flying with my family from the USA to Brisbane. We had two kids with us thus having a safe transportation option with car seats was really important for us. It is hard to know what to expect when you arrive to a new country. I spent a lot of time reviewing the different options and I decided on My Private Transfers because of the great reviews that I found. They were super responsive when I contacted them to make changes in the itinerary and they were super flexible. When we arrived to the airport, I gave them a call and the car arrived in 15 min. The car was a clean black Mercedes with two car seats already installed. The driver was really helpful handling all of our luggages (we had 5 large suitcases and 4 carry-ons). I had to drive back to the hotel with a smaller rental car thus my wife and kids were traveling with the van. They arrived earlier to the hotel then me and the driver even watched our sleeping baby for a couple minutes so my wife could get the keys for the room. We will definitely using them again."

He even found a spot for us to admire the view of the cityscape and let us get out to take photos as well! It was also a surprise to meet someone from the same state of India we are from, Kerala.
