Our center is strategically set back from the street, creating a safe and secure space that encourages both indoor and outdoor play. With expansive outdoor natural play areas, children are encouraged to explore and engage with the wonders of nature. Regular outings within the reserve for Bush Kinder further enhance their connection to the natural environment, fostering their imagination and developing a sense of place and responsibility.

At Lucknow Street Children's Services Centre, we prioritize building relationships and providing opportunities for children to learn and explore alongside their peers. Our education program focuses on collaboration and encourages children and families to work together in partnership with our dedicated and highly qualified educators and staff.

We understand the importance of a nutritious diet in a child's development. Our cook works closely with families to provide a daily menu that reflects a diversity of cultures, encouraging a taste for different textures, colors, and flavors in food. Specialized meals are prepared to accommodate infants, cultural food preferences, and any food allergies or medical conditions.

We offer our services from Monday to Friday, from 7.15am to 6.15pm, excluding public holidays. Our Long Day Care and Kindergarten Programs will be available from July 24, 2023. Please note that care is strictly accessible between 8am and 6pm.

We understand that affordability is a concern for many families. The Child Care Subsidy may reduce out-of-pocket expenses, and further information about eligibility can be found through Centrelink.
