Welcome to Blackburn Children's Service Centre, located in the heart of Blackburn on Central Road. Our establishment is a point of interest for families in the area, offering a nurturing and educational environment for children.

At Blackburn Children's Service Centre, we pride ourselves on our highly qualified, dedicated, and passionate educators and staff. We believe in the importance of collaboration and partnerships with families, working together to provide the best possible care and education for each child.

Our education program is designed to support children in building relationships, exploring their surroundings, and learning alongside their peers. Through a range of engaging activities and experiences, children are encouraged to develop their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

We understand the significance of healthy eating habits, and our cook works closely with families to provide a daily menu that reflects a diversity of cultures. We aim to encourage children to develop a taste for a variety of textures, colors, and flavors in their food. Specialized meals are prepared for infants, catering to cultural food preferences, food allergies, and medical conditions.

We are open Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays. Our Long Day Care and Kindergarten Programs will be available from 24 July 2023. Please note that care is strictly accessed between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

To help ease the financial burden, we offer Child Care Subsidy, which may reduce out-of-pocket expenses for eligible families. For more information on eligibility, we encourage you to visit Centrelink.
