The educators and all staff are amazing and truly love the children. There is a great community feel to the centre too. "When we moved to Eltham we made the transition from "For Profit" Childcare to Non Profit. We couldn't be happier with the results from Goodstart and the Lower Plenty centre. The local management team are friendly, caring, efficient, professional and extremely responsive. They take great care and pay attention to small detail. Our kids absolutely love their educators, and their programs are enthusiastically delivered. On top of the great educational and admin staff, the chef (Jay) is a wonderfully cheerful man who cooks nutritious meals and snacks. The play area is more spacious than most community playgrounds and very well appointed. "We have been with Goodstart Lower plenty since 2019 and my son absolutely loves going there. Rosi, the centre Manager is a very passionate and very well organised lady. Her positive encouragement made my son’s transition very smooth. Within few weeks my son established a strong relationships with Pooja and Safiya who were in pre kinder room at that time. Their gentle approach and understanding of my son made the transition much smoother . Nothing could go wrong if your child’s teacher is Silvia.She is a very creative and organised teacher. Every day she has interesting activities planned for the kids. My son loves the science experiments he does with his teacher Silvia. It is so amazing how she finds out individual skills and developmental needs and planning accordingly. I can see our son is being exposed to great learning opportunities in the centre. I love the way Pooja, the other amazing Educator in the room does the incidental learning with the kids. My son’s love towards his teacher Silvia and Pooja really shows how comfortable he is in his kinder room. All the other Educators in the centre are very passionate, understanding and friendly. We are very happy to find Goodstart lowerplenty and there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is so well cared for by such competent and caring Educators.
