"We engaged Charter Conveyancing 6 years ago for our first property purchase. We decided to use this company again this year on June 2021 as we had no issue with them previously. This time round we have had a very negative experience working with Brad. Poor communication and lack of responsiveness during the sale of our property caused us unnecessary stress. At the end, the sale of our property went through but we never had any email updates from Brad unless we were chasing him up (multiple times). The buyer's solicitor couldn't get a hold of him either. We needed clarification on the transaction but Brad never returned our phone calls even after many attempts in trying to reach him. Their website and number are no longer active. And we are still waiting to hear back from him."
"We engaged Brad for a transfer of title and it's been extremely frustrating as he never returns phone calls and in 2 months he has not delivered the service we engaged him for. From a bit of research it seems that this company is a 1 man and a van, nonelse a part from Brad. If you are after a professional and quick hassle free service, Run Away!"
"Do NOT recommend this company. We purchased a property from a client of Brad Mifud. Brad never returns phone calls or emails. You could leave him multiple messages, he will just ignore. My solicitor has done everything she could to get the deal through. Brad supposed to prepare the settlement schedule and numbers, but my solicitor ended up doing it for him, Not only that he didn't bother communicate with her up until the day before settlement. Then on the day of settlement, he just said he needed an extension and his client hasn't sent through the transfer documents. After that, he didn't even follow up on a request for an extension in writing. Such poor and unprofessional practice! Whether you are a buyer or seller, I DO NOT recommend this company or Brad! We will be submitting a formal complaint against Brad."

"I read these glossy reviews before going through this company, so felt confident with my decision. But through the process of buying this (second) house, I am a bit disappointed. The good part is that dealing with Brad and Suzy on the phone is a pleasure.. if you can get hold of them. Through different points of the purchase, I left over half a dozen messages for them to call me back and I never had any response. Even emailing them was very hard to get a response. I had to constantly chase to get any sort of confirmation that something had been done and even getting the forms was something that they forgot to send me when they should have. I also emailed Suzy twice before settlement to advise her the deposit balance had been paid into their account and requested her confirmation. The contract settled over a week ago and so far I have still not yet heard back. My partner phoned Brad just before settlement who did confirm over the phone they received our money and he said he would be in contact with us when settlement happens and we still have not had any contact from him either. I have not received any final receipts or confirmation that settlement went through and that was 8 days ago. This company is the right price and when you can get them on the phone they are polite and helpful. But I would have rather paid the extra to not have to chase them constantly. I really wish my experience was as great as the other people on here have reported. Maybe my partner and I were just the unlucky ones."
