"Since this centre has been taken over by Affinity Education the centre has changed drastically for the worse. The staff are obviously extremely unhappy with the new management and have all begun to leave. They were then caught out not meeting the legal requirements of staff to child ratio and since then have had to turn families away in the mornings due to being understaffed. Affinity has provided no communication or explanation on the issue. To add to it all, now when I request to withdraw my child's enrolments from the centre they have the nerve to tell me that they require four weeks notice as stated in contract, when they cant sustain their contractual requirements. Ridiculous"

"If I could give it no stars I would. Have had both my children there since the first opened but they have been bought over by affinity and it is an absolute disaster of a place. Completely understaffed and non compliant with over ratio of over worked educations. The see each child as $$! All the long term staff are leaving or have left, honestly don't let the facilities here fool you! Beautiful place with no management or consistency now, such a shame!"

"The place is undoubtedly beautiful, with its well-maintained outdoor areas and equipped shiny rooms. However, the only aspect it lacks is a sense of kindness and welcoming. It feels more like a cold office environment rather than a warm and nurturing childcare center"

"My 15 month old son has been attending Kids Club Moorabbin for roughly 6 months now and I love it! The communication between staff and parents is amazing. They are very accommodating and always seem to ensure the best for my son. He used to cry when I dropped him off but he loves the centre so much that he barely even grizzles now. The centre is very modern and aesthetically pleasing for the eye.. it's roughly a 30 minute drive from my house but 100% worth the trip."

"My one year old son has recently started at Kids Club Moorabbin. The centre is so impressive and impeccably clean. The educators have been so welcoming and really have gone over and above to make sure my son is settling in and happy. I am constantly receiving updates of my son on the app - meals, nappy changes, sleep etc which really puts my mind at ease. After visiting a large number of childcare care centres in the area, this centre was the obvious choice for me as soon as I walked in. The centre manager Megan is so lovely and the enrolment process was flawless with kids club head office being very responsive. Highly recommend!"
