"My wife and I go to this Cafe quite often. Today the staff member grossly overcharged me. When I questioned her, she became quite defensive and insisted she was correct. My wife then returned to challenge the amount which we knew was wrong and again she became quite rude until another staff member sorted the overcharge out. It's not the overcharge that concerned me but the staff members attitude. Other than today's issue, it's a great cafe. The staff member concerned just needs to be a little more customer focussed."
