"This is the second time I have had the same level of bad service. Ordered through the kiosk waited for 5 minutes until the guy comes out and says “you ok sir”. I told him I was waiting for my order. He had a look and said “that’s just coming up now” then proceeded to actually make it. Your focus needs more focus. Food is amazing but poorly run"
