"Very accommodating to you if you running late for drop off and will try everything to help settle your little one each time they visit. Just absolutely lovely staff, my son loved his time back in 2018/2019 and now my daughter is there!!"

"The staff here at bliss early learning centre are phenomenal, not only the way they are with all the children but with parents too. The staff are so welcoming from the minute you step into the door. Bliss is not like any other centre I have been too, they get to know all the children and their interest and incorporate them into their rooms making the children feel comfortable. When i first started my daughter at the centre i was having trouble letting go and the staff in my daughters room were fantastic and provided me with lots of photos to show me how amazing my daughter was during the day and all the things she was doing. My daughter loves the staff and all her friends at the centre. I couldn't have chosen a better centre for my daughter."

"Bliss are fantastic! They go above and beyond for our daughter and young family, we are first time parents and leaving Alexandria was very daunting to begin with. The centre manager Kylie and her whole team are always brilliant to deal with, great communication, happy fun educators. Our daughter comes home so so happy (and tired) from playing all day. Definitely recommend Bliss Cranbourne to other parents."

"Please read the Fine print before you sign. We made a mistake by rushing. Apparently they need 4 weeks notice before you cancel your enrollment. The excuse for 4 weeks notice is staffing plans. Staff is good. But the center act like a corporation rather than Humans. My kid is unsettled since he joined but we are stuck with this Cranbourne center for four weeks. My Son never had any issues in Any kind of care but at Bliss Cranbourne he is very unhappy, Just don't wanna go there. Other hand they need 200$ Bond which is fare enough but they also want 2 weeks in advance. You have to have a direct debit as you can't pay at the center. Overall very bad experience as they treat you like a Business transaction rather than a Human. Money is more important for these people compared to a poor kid who just don't want to be there."

"Thank you for the love and care you have provided my girls. You have made the transition to school so much easier, with the ready to read program offered in the kinder room I feel that Isabella is already 10 steps ahead. Bliss definitely offers great value for money, great value for money, they have great indoor and outdoor facilities & equipment and flexible drop-off/pick-up hours. I love the daily communication on the ap and most importantly the staff are all very nurturing, friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend checking it out!!"
