"As a solicitor in Queensland (currently of the non-practising variety) I have to say that the reply by owner, presumably solicitor Michael O'Reilly, to reviewer DianeC, does not appear to me to be appropriate. It discloses an email address and information about the personal financial affairs of DianeC, which that reviewer presumably provided to MTM Lawyers on a confidential basis with a view to a possible retainer of that law practice. The reply by owner also has a level of anger and hostility which is not really appropriate, in my opinion -- it is disproportionate. I have no doubt that the owner of any business has the right to reply to any review. One would think he or she lawfully may do so in reasonable but strongly expressed terms. But reading this review and reply, one cannot help but thinking DianeC is perhaps right to thank God that she did not use MTM. I don't think they would have gotten along."
