"We recently purchased a house through the firm. As long standing clients was very disappointed in the service. Was told in writing our purchase was going to be given to a paralegal and from there was never kept updated, had to chase the paralegal continuously, as to the status and follow up emails; attended the office on 4 separate occasions (with notice that we were coming in), to be told by the receptionist each time the paralegal was too busy to come out and see or speak to us. Never saw or spoke with the paralegal in person throughout the entire process, not withstanding our attempts, and never heard from anyone else.
