"It's been a few years since I stayed at The Westin, and their service is still impeccable. Lovely large rooms and bathroom. Front desk staff super professional and friendly. Room service breakfast was prompt, hot, and delicious. Lastly, when you pull up in your car, the gentlemen could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to keep my car safe. Can't wait to return"

"Had a great stay at The Westin Melbourne. The staff were very helpful especially Service Express who were all very polite and helpful to us during our stay. The Bells were also very pleasant and assist us with our luggage when checking in and out. The reception and concierge were always smiling and greeted us every time. Will definitely return!"

"Had an excellent stay here. This property is beautifully designed and maintained. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was impeccably clean. Breakfast was outstanding, if pricey, and the lobby has a nice open area with bar service. The location is very convenient downtown, with everything I wanted to do within a short walk. I imagine this place catering more to business travelers than vacationers, but I personally thoroughly enjoyed staying here on holiday."

"From the moment we arrived to when we left, the service we received from the staff, was excellent! Although the room was a little dated, it was very comfortable, including the bed. The food was fabulous, especially the breakfasts and you could not find a more perfectly located hotel, for attending the theatre. The Westin is now our favorite Hotel in the city and we will definitely be returning!"

"Booked a high tea for 4 and the experience was overall pleasant. The waitress was extremely friendly and made sure we had plenty of tea and water. The food was relatively average with the savoury dishes more outstanding compared to the sweets. 2 of the 4 high teas had special dietary requirements which were tailored for. The area was quiet, though the table was bit small for 4 people. Good value compared to other high teas, but wouldn’t come back for a second time. I think for the price there are better options around."
