Reviews
"Served by 'German' lady. Bought goods with value $30.00 . Then I was going to be changed for a bag. Now I call that GREED. Will never buy there again. Obviously never heard of paper bags or recyclable bags. Sending someone with a pan under the arm with no form of wrapping is NOT acceptable."
"Extremely poor service from whom I assume to be the owner when attempting to exchange a product. I attempted to exchange an unknowingly broken product which had been gifted to me. I was accused of breaking the product and told that 1 month was too long after purchase to return it. I would have understood this decision if it had been communicated in an apologetic and respectful manner. After reading other reviews, this kind of behaviour seems to be a common occurrence. Would not recommend shopping here."
"I'll start by saying the young lady who served me was very polite and helpful, even apologetic. I went in today to buy a insulated travel mug. Unfortunately the first one I picked was ceramic, had a loose lid which promptly smashed on the floor. I felt dreadful and offered to pay. Expecting maybe the store would realise it wasn't my fault. Unfortunately I did get charged, I also bought a second one (non breakable). I work in retail and know how important return customers are. Your store is overly crammed packed, therefore breakages must be common. Expecting/allowing your customers to pay for poorly taped goods is a terrible way to conduct business."
"That Kitchen Shop has taken over the sharpening service from King of Knives which has closed. The sharpening service drop off point is located right next door to the old King of Knives location at the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. We look forward to seeing you."
"Purchased some knives and forks to replace others i had lost. Got them home to find they were not the same, returned the next day to take them back and get a refund. Was told, you can't get a refund, read the signs. We will give you a credit. I explained I don't live anywhere near this store and my visit was purely to purchase the item i thought may be the correct item. I don't go to this centre at all. Was told, well you've got 2 years to use ya credit, with a roll of the eyes from the girl serving. Disgusting service and disgusting refund policy, will certainly be looking into this with Consumer Affairs. Would not shop at this place again."
