"Title: A Fantastic Experience at the Local Bar and Restaurant ★★★★★ Review: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Blackburn Hotel , a local bar and restaurant near my town, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I would wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating for several reasons. First and foremost, the ambiance of the place was incredible. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and relaxed environment. If your looking for a casual night out with friends, this place has it all. The food was absolutely delicious. The bar area was also impressive. The bartenders were skilled and creative, they were friendly and engaging, making sure everyone at the bar felt welcome. In terms of pricing, I found the bar and restaurant to offer excellent value for the quality of service and food provided. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable considering the overall experience. Lastly, I would like to mention the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the establishment. The bar and restaurant were impeccably maintained, and the restrooms were spotless. It's evident that the management takes great pride in ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for their guests. Overall, I cannot recommend this bar and restaurant enough. From the fantastic ambiance and attentive staff to the delicious food and wide drink selection, everything was top-notch. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, this place is a definite winner. I will surely be returning and bringing friends along to share in the delight."

"We ordered 4 mains, 2 of which were the incorrect meals when they came out. Staff were apologetic and shouted my friends a free drink. That of course didn't change the fact that we'd well and truly finished our meals by the time they got theirs. Then we ordered the salted caramel cake for dessert x 2, and coffees. I queried the price of $7 for a coffee and dessert (dessert was $12 on the menu) but was told it was part of a coffee and cake deal. Sadly the dessert that arrived bore no resemblance to the dessert with hot fudge and hazelnut crumble that I had physically pointed to on the menu when ordering(I specifically pointed it out because, at first, when I asked for salted caramel cake I was asked if I meant sticky date pudding. Um no, I can read). Anyway, it was getting late so we let it go, but really. I had organised the dinner with friends and it was just embarrassing being somewhere that can only get 2 out if 6 meals correct. It wasn't overly busy, so staff to customer ratios wasn't an issue. Checking the menu now online, it is very different to the hard copy we were given last night, which might explain things. Anyway, that's our experience so next year's winter solstice catch up will be somewhere else, by special request of our friends."

"Real good. Did my steak perfectly. Lovely place for families, and there's a bar with pool tables for the social crowd. A little loud but depends on when you go. Fairly priced, and you get a discount if you have a particular employer. I'd recommend for a simple night out."

"One of the worst restaurant services I have come across. Had to sit for 30 minutes for my order to come. When I decided to walk out and ask for a refund, I was initially told my order didn’t go through, then I was told it will be ready in 5 mins. Being from Mumbai, India I ordered the Bombay Prawns , which were useless, tasteless except for the dippings. I ordered Barramundi in the main course. Fish was grilled but no salt, mo pepper and a few oranges thrown in.Better not to go back there."
