"I purchased a wardrobe storage solution from Bunnings Brendale last Fri 18 Aug. I paid for the item in full and also $50 for delivery- the sales assistant asked if I wanted an am/pm delivery on the Monday - I opted for an am time as I’ve organised a builder to assemble it for me- the builder arrived at 8 am - no delivery- I rang to find out where my items were - only to be told they didn’t have stock and needed to be resourced from another store so therefore it may arrive around midday- waited until after midday rang again- no one could tell me when it will be delivered as bunnings go through a third party to have things delivered and said they couldn’t confirm delivery time as they have no way of contacting the driver. So I’m in the hands of a delivery company who has yet to deliver my wardrobe storage unit. I certainly won’t be getting anything else delivered from Bunnings if this is the type of service they provide- very very disappointing."
"I went today, simply trying to rent a trailer. I was given missing , incorrect and non functional adapters to connect the trailer. Took me many trips back and forth to finally get what I needed. In the meantime, I kept asking for the clamp on my trailer to be removed. After 40 minutes I gave up and asked for full refund.. took another 10 minutes for the staff to figure out how to do that. Seriously, if you can’t provide a service, don’t bother offering one. Extremely disappointing service"
"Full sized store, has what the others don't. Staff, as always, willing & able to assist. Plenty of parking, Web easy, shows the stock, isle etc so easy to find.. love bunnings"
"Went to the store around 5pm on Sunday 18/06/2023. I had two large trolleys of pots and potting mix. As I was heading towards the checkout, a very helpful employee Brian saw me struggling and offered to help me to the checkout. He then waited with me while I lined up and paid and then assisted me to my car where he also helped me load into my car and then he returned the trolleys. I just wanted to thank Brian for his help and super friendly attitude and service. Well done."
