"Pretty tasty chicken burgers. However... I have been sick for three days and counting after consuming one on Friday night. Can't eat anything, constantly need to be by a toilet... I think there may be some cross contamination issues here or salmonella bacteria concerns. I don't know all i know is the last meal I ate was a grilled chicken burger and a regular chips and I till feel ill 3 days later. Also I do want to point out, every time I order here I feel like I am annoying the server by placing an order. I'm just a bit confused why the staff who serve me seem irritated to serve customers? Very unhappy staff. Perhaps a managerial issue? It should be standard practice to feel welcomed whilst you take our money, but sadly deliver food poisoning. I will avoid from now on."

"My partner and I have been regular customers here for a year. We normally get the grilled chicken burgers during the week and they're normally tasty burgers with a standard amount of chicken breast. We have noticed when we get the burgers on the weekend the amount of chicken is much less compared to during the week. Yesterday I ordered 2 burgers and mentioned that the time before, there was much less chicken compared to during the week and the manager said he would put a decent amount of chicken in there. When we received the burgers there was even less chicken then the previous time, the chicken was paper thin with many areas having no chicken and was mainly filled with an excessive amount of lettuce. I rang the store and the manager stated that during the week the staff are too generous with the amount of chicken, which doesn't seem to make sense, as it is comparable to most chicken burgers around Melbourne. However he was obliging and said that he would give me 2 replacement burgers. I went to the store to redeem my replacement burgers and spoke to the owner. The owner took me to the far side of the store and started yelling at me saying that there is never any difference with the amount of chicken in the burgers and that I'm the first person to ever complain about the amount of chicken and was being overly aggressive and pointing his finger in my face. I said that I'm not making this up and there is a substantial difference between the chicken portions during the week compared to the weekends. He said he would give me just one burger on the house, however due to his aggressive and hostile demeanor I said don't worry about it. Due to the owners lack of communication skills and aggressive demeanor, I told him he has lost 2 regular customers for life."

"My 2nd time. Had to go back again. Better then kfc I must say. Better quality and staff take pride in this business. 1/2 chicken, chips and a salad I can say it worth the coin. Always fresh. Plenty of room if eating inside, also seating outside of venue."

"Have been living off this place for several months now and have to say that this should be the industry standard of charcoal chickens. It really helps me sleep at night knowing there are still institutions out there serving up this level of quality. Fillet burger for $10 is nothing short of a miracle in this economy."
