"We live around the corner. Every time we walk in, the flooring that takes you to the back section feels very greasy and slippery, we have brought it up before however nothing seems to be done about it. If it was my business I would be concerned about an OH&S issue particularly for staff. It almost give you a feel of the place not being very clean. The back section also where the toilets are is very dirty."

"absolutely not worth the money. The burger patty is made from poorly mixed mince. very dry. and in the end there was black hair in the barbie combo pink sauce. Also tables were dirty and greasy. Very disappointed."

"Consistent! Every Wednesday night, I get a mustard and pickle burger on a low-carb bun with Zucchini chips on the way home from the gym, and it’s always good. The staff are friendly, and it’s fast too. A car park is conveniently located opposite too. The Grilled app is terrible, and the barcodes never work. But I don’t think this is the individual store's fault."

"Mixed Experience at Grill'd Malvern - Delicious Food but Disappointing Cleanliness I recently dined at Grill'd Malvern with my partner, and our experience was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the burgers and chips were delicious and served quickly. They were juicy and fresh, which was a plus. The waiters were also polite and attentive when we were leaving, asking about our experience and wishing us goodbye. However, the state of cleanliness at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The floor was filthy, covered with leaves and food debris, and we struggled to find a clean table. We eventually had to ask the staff to clean one for us, which they did with a dirty, smelly rag. The open fridge window in the kitchen was also visibly dirty, and the restroom was in a deplorable state, with a raised toilet seat and an overall unhygienic appearance. It seemed that the restaurant was understaffed, and the focus was primarily on Uber Eats orders, with bags of takeaway food in a warming oven at the front of the shop. The waiters and waitresses seemed lost, with no one appearing to be in charge or guiding them. The kitchen staff appeared to work well together, but the front of house desperately needed experienced leadership. Additionally, we were charged $5 for VOS water but received Cool Ridge sparkling water instead, which was quite disappointing. In summary, while the food at Grill'd Malvern was tasty, the lack of cleanliness and apparent disorganisation in the front of house left us with a negative impression. Until there is a clear improvement in cleanliness and management, I would hesitate to return or recommend this establishment."

"Burgers were standard for Gill’d. Good location. Reasonable cleanliness. Most recently went there on a busy Friday night. Kitchen was pumping out the burgers for dine in, takeaway and Uber customers. After 30 minutes we enquired about our burgers and after some investigation they realised the order was lost. They were very apologetic and addressed the issue straight away. Good job mending relations with a disappointed customer. Will go again (but will keep the receipt in case order gets lost again on a busy night)"
