"Must stop providing passport photos services. It's a total waste of time and money. They force you to pay first and don't even bother taking the pictures correctly. They also forced you to pay and you only get useless pictures. High recommendation for office works ( check which stores provide those services) They let you check and approve any pictures."
"Some of the staff have very poor customer service skills. On a busy Saturday morning we wasted our time attending this place. We were turned away by a staff member after being miss informed from our first visit. Alternatively we went to Cranbourne Casey where the customer service was above and beyond. I hope in the future this place improves as this is the closest post Office to our new home in one of the near new estates."
