"I had a parcel sent from wheelers hill to dingley and it sat at wheelers hills post office for 15 days so i opened a complaint and within two days it was moved on. Absolutely disgraceful and it's not a one off because I'm going through it all again. Lazy and unprofessional and I'm feed up. Pack of bludgers."

"Very rude and inpatient staff. Won't crack a smile. I don't get how these nasty people get accepted for a job like this when they were interviewed. Must've been very very fake at the interview or knows someone in the same industry. And- they were also closed for the whole week after Christmas and my brother had to pick up a parcel from there that's a Christmas present as he wasn't home upon delivery and that's where the postman delivered it and so he couldn't pick up the parcel cos they decided not to be open for a week!!!! They should NOT be allowed to stay closed when most other Australia posts have to be open. What lazy *****!!!"
