"Today I witnessed a young woman being berated and abused by one of the staff members. Absolutely unacceptable. From what I gathered the woman was trying to post a parcel and it was marked at a certain price, the staff member said it was a different price, and when the woman questioned this price the staff member started talking to her very rudely and was behaving disgustingly. The staff member then accused her of stealing and stole her package away and refused to give it back to her unless she paid the price that it wasn’t marked as. The young woman was embarrassed and ending up crying. You’re there to do a job, if you don’t want to explain certain aspects of your job in a polite and concise manner, rather than abusing PAYING CUSTOMERS, then get another job. There is a lovely man who works here that is always pleasant, but other than that the other staff members are rude."

"A young lady was publicly humiliated in store by one of the older, not so mature staff members. It seemed like a misunderstanding which led the Australia Post staff accusing the lady of stealing! The poor girl ended up leaving the store crying. Going by the other bad reviews for this store, it seems like this is not a first. The customer service team needs to have a serious think about how they treat others!"

"Possibly the best experience I’ve had with a post office, ever! Last week I went in with my children for passport photos - painless! Today I went in to lodge 3 passport applications and they were so helpful and kind."

"Sold me wrong product in bulk. I brought my item and ask to give me right package, they give me and I bought in bulk. Then I bought my products in bulk. Upon sending 1 staff got agree and say its right you can seal the package and it will go and after i sealed the other staff said it’s wrong it will not go in these packages. 100 of dollars got wasted because of wrong staffs. Aus post Dandenong is better. Far but way better."

"I had the single worst experience here I've ever had. I just wanted my package that was sent for my family as a gift, and to buy a pen cannot begin to show how disgusted I am at the woman that served me. Your there to do your job, if you dont like it, go home give it to someone that would love the opportunity and would love to be a part of the community. You were so nasty, you acted like I was an inconvenience the moment I walked through the door. I rarely give a 1 star, but this takes the cake for pure rude service."
