"I came in to post a prepaid parcel and had the most lovely experience with a young lady who works there. It was only a minute interaction but her customer service was absolutely amazing. Best place to lodge your parcels if you're nearby. Service is quick. if you don't need a receipt once lodged and it has been prepaid. The helpful staff takes it from you no matter where you are in the line and does it all. No need to spend precious time queueing, absolutely love it !"

"I have my PO BOX there, so I have lots of chances to visit the post office. Recently, I had to send a parcel urgently. The staff was very helpful and asked the Postal driver to wait for my parcel for couple of minutes while I finish writing quickly, so that the urgent parcel can be collected and delivered immediately to the sorting location for quick processing. The whole team of Doreen LPO is extremely professional, polite and genuinely customer focused. On number of occasions, they have gone extra mile to ensure a great customer experience. And the best bit is, no matter how busy they get the service doesn't get affected. Easily the best post office I have come across."
