"Very bad place. We took my family to get passport photos and the guy was not listening to us and my daughter accidentally smiled and he took a photo, we asked him if we could re take the photos he said no and will charge us. The photos weren't even printed yet. Post office official website mentions they will retake your photos if they dont meet the Australian standard of passport photos.Once all photos were printed he didn't give us 3 of my kids photos despite them being fine.He gave me my daughters photo of her smiling even though it will not be accepted by the government. If your wanting to take passport photos, go to officeworks or someone else then this post-office. Do not recomend."
"Very nice staff, I don't understand why there is so much people negative and mean about this place. The lines might be long deal with it, it's not their fault. They always has a smile on their faces, all of the other post offices I've been to has been mean. Thomas and Paulson keep up the great work!"
"Never had so many issues with post. No idea at all. Redirected mail ,parcels .letters sit in shop with no idea they are there.when asked where mail is when marked delivered on app could sit in shop for days .express post through them is a waist of money."
"The service is very good once you are at the counter but the queues are too long which is why I have to go to another post office (whittlesea) for my postal needs. It was a long standing problem not just with the current owners. However they have put more staff on so the queue is much shorter now Now they just have to arrange parcels so they are easier to find. I have given an extra star in this review edit"
"I am not sure why there is so many negative reviews up here. I have been here on multiple occasions and they are always pleasant and give the service with a smile. Sometimes the person in front require extra time as they might have multiple things to be done. Some days, I can see a big line, but it is no fault of there’s. I have seen this line all the post office on the mornings and lunch time. They do what post office is meant to be done. Especially at this time staff shortages across all retailers, we need to be bit more patient with the staff."
