"If there was a negative star option I would give that!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of servicing my brand new Suzuki Hayabusa at Peter Stevens Ringwood, and I must say that it was a highly disappointing encounter. Despite booking the service two months in advance, aiming to secure a weekend appointment to avoid taking a day off, I received a call stating that weekend servicing was unavailable, and I had to reschedule. This initial inconvenience set the tone for what would turn out to be a frustrating and unsatisfactory service visit. Upon arrival, I was informed that the service, including the installation of frame sliders, would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Regrettably, this turned out to be far from the truth, as the entire process took nearly 5 hours, leaving me frustrated and wasting valuable time. Given that it was my first service, I had numerous questions and required additional work, such as the installation of a USB port. However, the staff displayed zero enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns or assisting with any additional requests. To my dismay, the USB installation was completely overlooked, and no one bothered to inquire about it. To add insult to injury, when I inquired about the absence of a wash for my motorcycle, I was given the outrageous response that they do not wash black bikes. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left me dumbfounded and questioning whether they truly care about their customers at all. In conclusion, my experience at Peter Stevens Ringwood was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and apathetic attitude displayed by the staff during my first service visit left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. It is disheartening to invest in a brand new motorcycle and be met with such subpar service. I sincerely hope that the management takes note of these issues and implements necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers."
