Coles Mango Hill

"Did my first click and collect order at this coles. 7 items missing (turns out they just like didn't put one of the bags in the trolley to bring out to the boot). No receipt provided to check against the physical items brought to boot. Instore they divert you to online shopping 1800 number to get a refund, but the online shopping 1800 number people can only offer you $20 credit for the inconvenience and the incompetence. No customer service when they bring the trolley to the boot, they just leave you with trolley and disappear. They don't care to check if they've given you your items. And they estimated that I would only need 3 bags but I ended up with 5.... but 1 bag only had 2 items in it... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND NOW I HAVE A $20 CREDIT FOR ONLINE SHOPPING WHICH I HAVE ZERO CONFIDENCE IN. LOWER YOUR EXPECTATIONS PEOPLE!!!!!"

"This, store outshines many other Coles stores. Management is fantastic and the staff great. When I was in the store, there was a manager, moving around clearing boxes, directing staff to where they should be etc. It was great to see. It's a busy store. Clean and always someone to ask fir help, if you need it."

"Clean store that’s well managed with stock levels that are usually maintained. Some items such as milk and eggs do run low on a weekend, so there’s scope for improvement. The car park can be a pain during peak trading hours, not to forget the tight 90 degree turns which require cars to swing wide. On the whole a pleasant store to shop with friendly staff."

"Needs to up their game. Waited at customer service counter for about 8 minutes whilst the guy on there served at the next checkout. You need more staff. Guy could have acknowledged me but was too busy (he saw me) stopping scanning and swapping yarns with the customers on his line. Could have said excuse me to them as there was by then a line behind me and called someone on his headset."
