"I went in just to try on shoes to purchase through their online sale. Jason got out at least 8 pairs of shoes for me to try with a smile. I arrived close to closing time and that didn't deter the friendly service. Shoes themselves are excellent quality and worth the investment. They're beautifully designed, comfy as anything and built to last. I couldn't imagine buying from any other brand."

"I truly can’t believe my great experiences with this store. I have arthritis in my feet and on a trip to Melbourne bought three pairs of shoes from Bared, because my friends were raving about how comfortable they are. I didn’t realise my feet were swollen and one pair in particular were too big to wear comfortably when I returned to Brisbane. I can make do with inserts in the other two, but after trying a few unsatisfactory insole options with the expert advice of Chloe in the Fortitude Valley store, Chloe took advice and Bared offered to exchange my shoes for a smaller size, even though I’ve worn the shoes two or three times. I’m a locked in, grateful, and VERY impressed customer. These shoes are worth every cent! Fabulous leather, fabulous customer after-sales service. Thank you, Chloe, for making my day!"

"What a store!! Fantastic service from the get-go, we were approached within minutes by Jason who found my size in some wedding shoes I wanted to try. He straight away offered to do up the strap (as I’m pregnant) and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the shoe supports and styles. I’m not one to usually review retail stores but this experience stood out. The store alone was stunning! Highly recommend! Shout out to Steve for giving us a good laugh."

"I love bared shoes and their service online (outrageously impressive), so I was very excited when they opened a store here in Brisbane. When I went into the shop it was busy, but not too bad. I picked out 5 shoes that I wanted to try on in my size and then proceeded to wait. And wait… and wait… 30 mins had passed and in that time I even stood directly at the entrance of the storeroom and still the staff (5+) would walk around me and no one would offer assistance. Another customer even followed my lead and lined up behind me for service and, to my shock, someone served her immediately and STILL offered me no assistance. The staff aren’t dressed in anything that would immediately identify them as staff members which makes it confusing when looking for assistance. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this store at all unless you don’t mind being ignored."
