"The claim I made online was rejected with a baseless reason. Many functions in the app was useless. Bupa is much much better, which is very convenient for customers to claim in the app."

"The latest upgrade to Medibank's new online member services/webpage does not work. The page does not allow me to log-in, it says to try later or it does not recognise my log-in details, which I have been using for many years without issue. Can someone please ensure the recent upgrade has been installed properly without the obvious bugs. I make all my extra's claims on-line and something that should take a minute, is now a frustrating exercise of trying to simply log-in. I should not have to visit a MP store to make a simple extra's claim. Not good enough."
