"Hertz Pakenham provided me the hire car as a replacement car through insurance due to an accident. I had their car for 41 days and I must say I had the best ever experience with any car rental agency I have had. The staff were brilliant and understanding. Claire, Maddie and Sai and other staff whose names I cannot remember were amazing and patient. They are a Hertz with a heart."

"From the start this place has been awful to deal with, rude customer service upon trying to pick up a vehicle organised through my insurance company, from the first day I had problems with the key Id not working so was difficult to start and unlock the car. When I called they said this must be my fault upon taking the car back due to being locked out of the vehicle for over an hour when I was attempting to leave for work I was told by their tech person no it just needed a new battery and should have been checked prior to being given to me. At the end and upon returning the car i was accused of breaking their rules as there was dog hair in the car and smelt of cigarette, I explained I have a very hairy dog at home but not once has she even been near the car although her hair does go on our clothing, I was discriminated for having a animal and made to feel ashamed for having a pet at home as well as that not once was the car smoked in. I was then charged a $165 cleaning fee although none of their rules were broken, again extremely rude customer service left me feeling extremely saddened that even when following the correct procedure I was still Penalised for claims that were not true. Moving forward I will never recommend hertz to anyone and will never use them moving forward. I hope this helps future customers make a informed decision when picking a company to hire through"

"We were issued with a hire car from hertz after a recent car accident. The car we hired had a small issue so staff told us to bring it in and it would be swapped over. The staff were lovely and nothing was a problem. Special mention to the regional manager Lucas who was there at the time who came and made sure I was being well looked after. I highly recommend coming here. 5 out of 5 stars."

"Very friendly and had vehicles available when I needed them. Robbie and Claire were great. Only reason I’ve put 4 stars is because of the delay I encountered with the return of my bond other than that no complaints and vehicles were very affordable and well maintained"
