"Very disappointed in the Revlon makeup section. I was there 2 weeks ago and a lovely lady helped me. Went back the other day. No one at the counter. I saw 2 workers just talking to some man. I thought 1 of them might help me, but no. Went away and came back 1/2 hr later and they were still talking (definitely not selling). Once again I waited and eventually left. Went back twice yesterday. Finally, after standing at the counter for 10 minutes a lady from another makeup section came to me. She told me Revlon was now self serve! No signage to advise customers. I'm very disappointed."
