"From the moment my partner and I walked in, the whole sales experience was second to none. Went in to check out a Kamiq as Skoda was the first on our list. Was greeted by Cole who not only made us feel at ease (as buying cars is nervous as hell) but you started to get the feeling nothing will be too much trouble. We saw this awesome blue Fabia Monte Carlo and instantly fell for it even though we never thought we would want a hatch and had our minds set on the Kamiq. Cole organised a test drive on the spot and was not pushy at all through the process and let us take our time. I think he knew we just got thrown a curve ball with the Fabia, as we thought we wanted the Kamiq. Ended up purchasing the Fabia on return.
