"Extremely disappointed as we tried to buy a business shirt in store, but none of the barcodes on the item was in their system. After waiting about 15mins whilst the assistant tried to help us we were told that we can't buy the shirt."

"I ordered a bag through click and collect. They did not take off a hard tag located inside the bag which I realised when I got home at night. I sent them an email regarding this matter. And I received a response from Agape saying 'I would advise taking it in store to have this removed.' without any apology. I did not really expect this from Myer."

"Visited myers today. Staff seem to more interested in chatting then making sales. Was finally served by lady who wasn’t very sure about the item i want to purchase and told me i would be better going to another store (not myers) as there might be something in my price range. I actually hadn’t said what my price range was. Took my money elsewhere"

"Disappointed with sales assistants in the men’s cologne section. Very rude and unwelcoming when trying new cologne. Tried to sample a new fragrance that has been unavailable for months. We went in with the intention to try and purchase however the sale’s assistant refused to open a tester yet was confused as to why we were unwilling to purchase. The poor customer service was so disappointing we left without purchasing anything."

"Love shopping here, I like how it's always easy to find what I need (mostly baby clothes). Reception is always professional and helpful when it comes to finding sizes from other stores. Good sales too when they do have them"
