"Ordered flowers for a birthday on the Tuesday for Sat delivery. Were delivered at 5pm on Sat, to the address which is 5 mins drive away from the shop !!!! Surprise was ruined because I had to check with my friend at 4.30 to see if they had arrived, as I had not heard back from her. They included chocolates as an apology. Flowers were nice."
