"100% recommend going to Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal! I went in looking for my dream wedding dress I had a certain style in mind but unfortunately I wasn’t loving the styles on me. Vicki made sure I felt comfortable in every single dress I tried, she was patient with me, and I loved that she gave me her honest and professional opinion each time. Not once did she make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her attention to detail was very heartwarming and she didn’t make my bridal appointment feel rushed or make me feel as if I needed to find my dress right then and there. She made sure the environment was calm and relaxing for me making things so much more fun and exciting! I’d also love to thank Selina. Not only did she pull my wedding dress off the rack to try because she knew it was ‘my dress’ she made me feel amazing and comfortable when it was time to stand in the mirror and see it. The ladies here did not make my experience feel like another shopping trip. The time, care and detail they put in for me is something no other business has made me feel. Thank you ladies for being patient with me and doing everything in your power to ensure the whole appointment was exciting. Thank you for making me feel amazing, and thank you for making me feel like today was all about me. Your entire caring nature made everything that little bit better."

"We walked into the store without an appointment with the full understanding that we would not have people available to us. We were met with the question of whether we had an appointment and honestly answered no. The eye roll and slump of the shoulders should have led us to leave on the spot. "Well if you are just looking for ideas I guess you can go back and just ask if you have questions. But do not use the change rooms on your own because we have back to back appointments". We thought, no problem, this is the very first store I am looking at for my wedding dress, we can always book an appointment later on and return. The lady to the left formal side was kind enough to allow my maid of honour to try on a dress and was the only person we spoke with that had any compassion. I am terrible with names but her accent and friendly attitude cling to mind. My mother then picked a dress out and asked if she could have me try it out as we did not want to use a dressing room that was booked. We were told yes, I tried it on and got great advice from the sales person mentioned previously. While changing out of the dress I could hear another sales person on the other side of the curtain pestering my mother about the space being booked. To which she replied I would be just a minute as I was changing out of the dress. Only to be pestered yet again with the same issue. The try on took less than five minutes and we made sure to ask prior to using the space. The negativity and nagging was completely uncalled for. Needless to say no appointment was booked and we purchased our seven dresses elsewhere. As someone who has worked in customer facing settings for 12 years I was absolutely disgusted. And as a bride looking for something so special as her wedding dress I left deflated and feeling like an utter fool for even wasting my time in the store further than the initial greeting."
