"Walked in and said hello to the girl playing on her phone who ignored us, so we had a look around ourselves and picked out what we wanted. When we were ready we tried to get her attention and she glanced at us then went back to her phone. She literally wouldn’t serve us, even after asking “can we get these?” she just ignored us. We ended up going to the other florist across the road (who actually acknowledged us). Visited 7/1/21"
"Vivian from Jin's flower and Garden provided such great service. It was unfortunate that when i went to pick up my bouquet and the brides maid's bouquets the day before my wedding, there was already browning on my roses and hydrangeas. Vivian was on leave so it was left in the hands of her manager- I made a complaint and said I won't be picking them up with browning on them as I spent money on this for my wedding to which she "trimmed" the petals with scissors. The next day, some proceeded to turn brown which was very disappointing. The flowers were clearly not fresh. I've brought flowers from here before for special occasions and had no issues so it was unfortunate when I had to experience this for my wedding bouquets."
