"Cancels my policy (i'm a Learner) with out telling me. This started as my card had expired (which is a lie, it was due to expire the next month). No phone call made to me. They say they sent a text - My message history says different. They apparently sent a letter - haven't received any letter from Swann ever. I had been with them for over a year and had never received a single Letter. So no phone call was made to tell me my insurance policy had been cancelled. I had been riding around for 6 weeks as a Learner with out insurance. If you're hoping to find an insurer who's call center is here in Australia, don't bother with Swann - They don't even use telephones it appears. They like to cancel your policy with out notification because "oh we have 200k customers, we can't call every single one of them". Pathetic customer service given to someone who paid the premium and never had to claim."

Paid agreed value & I didn’t have to pay any excess..Then just recently they phoned to say that incorrect calculation of old premium of 3 years ago & they will refund me $199! Which will pay for most of my new policy on my new bike!! Super duper!!"
