"Hi Peter Alexander, I had an incident recently where I made an enquiry about my gift card and the staff member asked for a photo of my card so that she could help me. She then said she couldn’t help me. When I went to use the card 1 week later somebody else had used $234.80 from my card. I believe this was the Peter Alexander staff member. I submitted an inquiry about this on the 11/3/23 and have not yet received any correspondence addressing my complaint or to give me any confirmation that this has been looked into despite the fact that their customer service keeps telling me I will hear back in 5-10 business days. Your staff can’t exploit trusting customers and steal their money. I have phoned through multiple times and been told by customer service agents that the gift Card team will get back to me and that there is no direct way to contact them. I need this to be investigated and look forward to hearing back from you about the outcome."
