The bouquet was actually $250 upon checking ($50 was paid in cash and rest in bank transfer). My review of your staff behavior remain the same and I do not think I will achieve anything by calling you. What I mentioned here is enough feedback to go and study how your staff is behaving with customers. I am not seeking any refund as mentioned before. Original Review: Bought $300 worth bouquet. Good selection and flowers but poor customer service. Rude staff, not ready to show flowers and not looking in the eye. Was definitely not busy when I went. Owner needs to give their staff a lesson in giving good purchase experience."
