"Terrible flowers received. Specifically asked for no Lillie’s full of them. Roses dying after two days. Called the shop they told me it’s my husbands fault he should have checked them. He ordered them it wasn’t just picking them off the shelf. Was picked up Boxing Day roses are already dying had no water when he picked them up and when I called today being 48hrs later apparently that’s normal in heat. Yes if you are outside not if they are in aircon. Terrible customer service apparently manager doesn’t have specific days to work. Disgraceful! Do not buy from here. This is the 3rd time this has happened."
"Called through to Radha over the phone to purchase a bouquet for delivery in the Craigieburn area. Radha gave me her number and took photos of the flower range made fresh for me to select. She organised the flowers and card right away and delivery was made within an hour of my initial request. The recipient loved the style of the flowers/roses and layout of the card. Definitely will use their service in the near future. Highly recommend."
