Welcome to A Flower Affair, a charming establishment nestled in the heart of Newport, Melbourne Road. Our journey began in 2019 when Ali and Ebi, the current owners, decided to embark on a new path after years of working at Melbourne's iconic flower markets. Their passion for flowers and dedication to creating their own business led them to establish A Flower Affair.
In 2021, Ali and Ebi purchased the business, following their courageous move from Iran in 2013. With just one bag in hand, they started from scratch and poured not only their money but also their time, effort, and imagination into transforming A Flower Affair into the magnificent store it is today.
A Flower Affair exudes an inherent sense of chicness and elegance. As you step into our shop, you'll be greeted by a high-class, aesthetically pleasing space that reflects our commitment to environmental consciousness and sustainability. We are passionate about recycling and reusing paper and vases, repurposing furniture for our shop, and supporting local small businesses. Additionally, we offer choices for eco-friendly paper and wrapping options.

We acknowledge the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin nation as the traditional custodians of the land and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
