"I've struggled with finding appropriate and quality work wear with almost every single other major clothes store; but at Lowes, and especially the Mt Gravatt Lowes, I was able to find exactly what I needed with the amazing and insightful help from the employees there who talked me through the benefits of each of my choices. They gave me advice, about durability, wearability, professional looks and what would best suit my needs. They helped me find the best size for me which has always been an issue at other stores. They were kind and considerate, patient, thoughtful and extremely keen to be helpful. Non judgemental about the clothes I wanted to wear and in fact gave several suggestions for similar pieces I might like. When signing up for their members program they were thorough in their explanations and unending with their patience despite several moments of confusion for me when I needed clarification. Their prices are fair, their specials frequent and their product of some of the best quality I've seen. As somebody with extreme anxiety and panic attacks, the amazing treatment I received today has not just given me a preferential store to buy all my necessary clothes in the future; but has also earned Lowes a customer for life. 10/10 would highly recommend visiting."

"I don't know what has happened to Lowes why they have changed, but I used to enjoy shopping there, but in my last visit I have received exactly no service at all. When I tried to get the sales ladies attention all they wanted to do was laugh and talk between them selves so I went to a different store and bought my clothes elsewhere."

After exhausting all the options in the centre we came across the Lowes store and noticed they had kids size suits. We went inside and were very surprised at the range available considering we were spanning a young adult to 2 boys. The service we received during the browsing experience was exemplary and thorough. The sales assistant Kerron was extremely polite and helpful and having just spent an few hours visiting every other menswear store in the centre, none came close to the service we received at Lowes Garden City.
