"After attending this school for 4 years it is an understatement to say this place is horrific. Most days I struggle to get out of bed because this school brings out the worst in everyone including myself. Teachers care only about the uniform and not the childrens wellbeing. There was a period I couldn’t attend for personal health reasons and my first day back I arrived five minutes late with my PC teacher laughing at me and saying ‘didn’t think you’d show up’ without a simple ‘are you okay?’. So much for a school that preaches the RUOK day huh. A school that stands for looks and grabbing as much money as they can with unnecessary reasons for students to give even more money. For a school that has a cafe it is atrocious that it costs extra for lactose free milk as well as syrup. For an iced drink it averages at 7 dollars which usually is watered down because students make the coffees. A school that charges so much provides so little with limiting classes to choose from that are horrifically the bare minimum. Kawana waters state college has better classes then here. Since attending I’ve been bullied, name called and been friends with the wrong people, surprising for such an exclusive school huh. The immaturity of the students is a joke and the amount of bullying here is worse than I’ve seen. The principal is an absolute pig, Dan Mcshae. Walks around smiling and doing nothing for staff or students with an embarrassing stride that is a mockery. A student had a confirmed case of COVID-19 and when my mother confronted this ‘principal’ his tone, attitude and manner was so rudely horrible it was disgusting for a school that preaches looking after each-other. Especially for a simple question and concern. Numerous times I haven’t been able to eat as I’ve been refused at the cafe for not wearing a hat. understandable but it is more than evident some teachers such as ms myers strives off her ego. The school has been made aware I have underlying health issues regarding appetite and food intake however, ignorance continues and bleeds throughout staff members of the college. My first two years attending I was so heavily bullied that now when I attend I can’t help but feel resentment towards such an artificial and glamourised school. Once again, I would recommend not sending your child here as 9/10 times I meet a student from the college they have been a victim of bullying or worse. The amount of vaping and smoking is embarrassing for a private school that fails to amend policies. Since attending I have been traumatised through my schooling at Unity College. I lost more hope everyday just wanting the day to end just to leave such an artificial environment that enforces university on young children for their own credit. Disgusting and disgraceful and I pray for any student who has attended. Thanks Unity, truly."
"this school will happily spend more money on sandstone slabs rather than therapists to help with the emotional scars your child will leave this school with. But two stars because Mr. Moore gave me fwee garlic bwead."
"Not that bad, religion is considered a primary subject, considering that those lessons times could be used for actual life-building lessons. I don't think there is one student in the school that is actually Christian. The school is in no shortage of rocks, and loves its own gardens, that die almost instantly. Once I wasn't wearing a hat when leaving the school at 2:55 and had to have a reflection room for the rest of the week. A Russian adaptation could do well."
