"I ordered 2 different flower arrangements ($210) and did not get what I ordered. Instead I got the same flower arrangement in 2 different sizes, one in a vase and the other in a box. I was later told that I shouldn’t expect it to be exactly as the image on their website because the foliage changes seasonally. If you don’t have a variety of stock, please let your customers know otherwise it appears misleading or please put a bit more thought into it and be a little more creative with your arrangements. Otherwise don’t trade at all on the day. Also, please update your website and state that certain arrangements are unavailable at the time. You can only imagine how embarrassing it will be when the bride realises that both sets of flowers are from the same family and from the same florist."
