"Honestly, I hardly shop department stores mainly because the service is normally so poor. Well, David Jones Chermside!!! To Daniel (Mens floor manager), Justin and the lovely girl who helped me at Country road, you should all be so proud of your selves and your culture. Best service i have had in retail for a long time. I work as an area manager in retail so when you get great service i really appreciate it. I spent over $600 and they made it a one stop shop for me. Justin at Politix helped me choose some nice new chino's as did Dan. Dan also followed up at the changing rooms which was also such a nice change as normally when shopping in large department stores on the Gold Coast where we live the service is not great. It also very apparent of the "team" culture in this area and i loved how everyone worked together and not against each other. Other David Jones stores should take note.
