"Purchased 2 pairs of mens shorts, wasn't sure to purchase owing to not being what size, however I did purchases. On trying 1 pair on they were to snug so went back to store within 12 hours, and as I had removed the tags on 1 pair, tags were offer unattached they stated they can't refund when tags removed (why) but did refund the other pair. This is extremely poor customer services and obviously a ploy to keep your money. Will never shop at lowes again until they restore customer service. Make sure you buy the exact right thing as mistakes will cost you better to go to a competitor who don't stuff customers around."

Impromptu purchase at the Myer store didn't have all the sizes I needed, Kerron made sure he called other stores for me to see who had the right size. No bother at all for him. A true value to the company as he didn't have to make as many calls or any for that matter. He could have just given me the stock on hand based on what he saw in the system. Pleasure to deal with and very attentive. 10/10"
